First Financial food drive makes donations to local pantries

First Financial Bank says a company wide food drive generated more than 98 hundred donations across the communities it serves including more than 300 in Columbus and Bartholomew County.

The food drive ran from October 6th through the 31st at all First Financial locations. Customers and team members were able to donate nonperishable food items at each of the bank’s locations. The donations were then given to local food pantries and charitable organizations for distribution to those in need.

The 325 items from Bartholomew County locations were donated to Edinburgh Food Pantry, Student Fund of Hope and Love Chapel Food Pantry.
