Indiana FFA gala coming to Greenwood in February

The Indiana FFA Foundation will be bringing its Blue and Gold Gala fundraiser to Greenwood next month.

The organization, formerly known as the Future Farmers of America has more than 14,000 members across 230 chapters in Indiana. According to the organization the gala will be held on Saturday February 28th at the Barn at Bay Horse Inn, which is on West Stones Crossing Road in Greenwood. The event will include a cocktail reception and both silent and live auctions along with dinner. Organizers say that Indiana FFA members will present their stories on how FFA affected their development as youth and their careers in agriculture.

Proceeds will benefit FFA leadership programs, scholarships, and initiatives. Individual tickets for the event are $125, or sponsors can support the FFA with Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorships of tables.
