Work to begin today on Everroad Park streets

Residents will see work starting today on street repairs in the Everroad Park West neighborhood.

According to the Columbus city engineer’s office, contractors will be making concrete street repairs to Desoto Way, 31st Street and Streamside Drive.

That will involve full curb-to-curb replacement of the concrete. The work will be done on half of the street at a time to allow for residents’ access. You should make sure to park on the opposite side of the street while work is going on, and to move vehicles to the other side of the street as the work moves.

The work is scheduled to last through late May. The work schedule is dependent on the weather.

Edward & Jones Concrete will be the contractor for the work.

You could see delays if you are travelling in those areas. Officials urge you to slow down, to drive without distractions and to be extra cautious for worker safety in all work zones.
