Hackman wins chance for Bartholomew council seat

Long time local elected official Barb Hackman will have another chance to hold office here as she won her primary race yesterday for the Bartholomew County Council.

Hackman defeated Rick Miller with 65.5 percent or 1322 votes to Miller’s 34.5 percent or 698 votes in the Republican primary race for County Council District 4.
