Bartholomew County 4-H fair continues with races at grandstand tonight

The Bartholomew County 4-H Fair continues today with Bartholomew County REMC Day at the fair.

The midway will be closed to the public from 1 to 3 p.m. so that those with disabilities, challenges or who are at risk can ride for free. Community Day at the Midway will start at 5 with Canned Goods Night. You will get $5 off of the normally $30 wristbands if you donate a canned good.

The Bartholomew County Extension Homemakers will be hosting the Ahlemeyer Bakery Demonstration from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Family Arts Building.

The Chordlighters will be performing at the David Boll Theatre starting at 6 and the 4-H Blacksmithing demonstrations will be going throughout the evening starting at 7 p.m.

The Frog Jumping Contest will start at 7 p.m. at the Farm Bureau Building and the All Star Circuit of Champions TQ Midgets & All Star Jr. Sprints are scheduled at the Grandstand, also at 7 p.m.
