Hope, fiber company announce plans for high-speed Internet

The Town of Hope and Mainstream Fiber Networks are announcing a partnership to bring high speed fiber Internet to the community.

According to the announcement, local leaders believe the high speed internet access will strengthen the town’s economic competitiveness, support remote workers and students, and improve the quality of life for families throughout the area.

Mainstream Fiber Networks says that the service will have no data caps, no throttling, no hidden fees, and no long-term contracts.

Mainstream Fiber Networks expects to begin connecting customers by early 2027. Mainstream Fiber is based in Nashville and currently serves 15 Indiana counties including Bartholomew and Brown counties in our area.

Construction is underway, and Hope residents and businesses can get more information or sign up at msfiber.net or by calling (812) 720-3123.
