Police say that missing Columbus girl found

A missing girl has been found after Columbus police asked for the public’s help last night locating her.

Columbus Police Department issued an alert through the Bartholomew County Everbridge Alert system at about 9:20 p.m. last night, saying they were looking for a missing 12-year old girl who had last been seen on Autumn Ridge Drive. The public was asked to contact authorities if they had any information on her whereabouts.

At just after midnight, the alert system was activated to report that she had been located.
