North Vernon man accused of sex crimes involving animals, child porn

A North Vernon man has been arrested on sex-related crimes after a tip through the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

According to the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department, the tip kicked off an investigation including several search warrants served at a home and on electronic devices. The searches uncovered child sexual abuse material as well as video involving sex acts with animals.

25-year-old Gabriel Guenthenspberger was arrested Monday on charges of possessing child sexual abuse materials and bestiality.

Indiana State Police and the Indiana Department of Child Services assisted with the investigation.

The sheriff’s department says the investigation is ongoing and more charges are likely.
