Heritage Fund – The Bartholomew County Community Foundation made the announcement today.
The award was created in 2000 to recognize outstanding elementary teachers in BCSC. Teachers are nominated by their principals for demonstrating outstanding dedication, leadership and service to the school community.
In Bless’ nomination letter, Principal Kaity Day said that Bless’s “initiative and impact are seen in every corner of our building. Her contribution to the Schmitt community is unmatched as she goes above and beyond to serve its students and families.”
