Seymour river levels drop below minor flood stage
A flood warning continues for East Fork White River at Seymour but the river appears to have dropped just below flood level this morning.
The National Weather Service in Indianapolis issued the warning after more than four inches of rain fell Sunday in some parts of our area.
According to river gauges, the river is at 11.9 feet earlier this morning, which is just below the 12 foot minor flood level. The river crested Monday evening at 13.64 feet.
The flood warning remains in effect until this evening.
