2026 Bartholomew County fair kicks off this afternoon

The Bartholomew County 4-H Fair gets underway today with Bartholomew County Republican Party Day at the fair.

The fairgrounds off of County Road 200S official open at 5 p.m. The midway will also open at 5 p.m. with $30 wristbands.

The Bartholomew County Home Extension program will be holding a Purdue Health & Human Sciences Demonstration at the Family Arts Building at 6 p.m.

Entertainment tonight includes a 4-H Blacksmithing Demonstration at Building 6 and Columbus Cloggers at the Farm Bureau Building, both starting at 6 p.m. The 4-H Watermelon Relay at the Grandstand will start at 8 p.m.
