Another chance for severe weather today

Forecasters say that there is another chance for severe weather in our area later today.

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis says south central Indiana is under a marginal risk of severe weather this afternoon and early into Thursday morning. That is the lowest of the five risk levels tracked by the weather service. North of Indianapolis, there is a slight risk of severe weather.

Hazards could include damaging winds, large hail, heavy rain with localized flooding and isolated tornadoes are possible.
