Downtown Seymour Oktoberfest continues through Saturday

The 52nd annual Oktoberfest is underway in Seymour.

Food, activities, arts and crafts booths open at 11 today, as well as the biergarten. A courtesy shuttle will be running from Seymour High School to West Second Street starting at 11 this morning and running until 11:15 p.m. tonight courtesy of Wright Implement.

The carnival opens at 1 this afternoon

Entertainment today will include Southern Indiana Cloggers at 6, Bluegrass music at 6:30, The Cherry’s at 7:30 and Hairbanger’s Ball at 8:30

There will also be a chicken and polka dance contest and a hot air balloon glow, both starting at 6:30.

Events are going on until 11 p.m. tonight and on Saturday.
