Flood warning continues for East Fork White River through Saturday evening

A flood warning is effect for East Fork White River at Seymour. Minor flooding is ongoing and minor flooding is forecast.

According to flood gauge data, the river crested at almost 16 and a quarter feet Thursday morning. That is about a foot and three quarters below the moderate flood stage. This morning it is at 15 feet, three feet above the minor flood level of 12 feet and is headed back down. The river should drop below flood level by Saturday morning.

The flood warning is in effect until late Saturday evening.
