Hauser hosting art show, holiday market on Saturday

Hauser Jr-Sr High School in Hope will be hosting its first annual Deck the Halls Student Art Show and Art and Crafts Market this weekend to benefit the schools art department.

Organizers say the art and craft market will include feature more than 50 vendors and will include paintings, photography, greeting cards, clothing, jewelry and home décor.

A mid-year student art show will be on display in the art room and you will be able to buy lunch in the auditorium to benefit Flat Rock Hawcreek Schools Replay program. The Ivy Tech Visual Communications Department will also be hosting a booth featuring art work from their students .

The show will be from 9 to 3 p.m. on Saturday at the school. You should enter from the main front office door.

This event is free and you are invited to attend. Proceeds from the vendor booth fees will benefit the Hauser Art Department.
