Heritage Fund taking applications for community non-profit grants

Applications are now open for Bartholomew County non profit groups seeking support from the Heritage Fund’s Community grants.

The Community Grant Fund distributes about three quarters of a million dollars annually to support emerging needs in the community. Those include impact areas of youth development, downtown vitality, arts, culture and architectural design.

The application deadline is 4:30 p.m. on April 3rd, but those seeking the grants are asked to submit a letter of intent at least a week prior to the deadline. The grant awards will be announced in June.
