Hutchfest returns next weekend in downtown Columbus
Hutchfest will be returning to downtown Columbus next week.
The music festival will be Friday and Saturday at several venues downtown and at The Crump Center for the Performing Arts. This year’s theme is the British Invasion. Hutchfest is named in honor of local businessman Hutch Schumaker and celebrates his birthday with the fundraising performances.
The events are a fundraiser for The Crump Center for the Performing Arts. That is a newly formed non-profit organization leading the renovation and expansion of Indiana’s oldest remaining theater.
On Friday, April 24th, there will be regional bands performing with no cover charges at 4th Street Bar & Grill, The Garage Pub & Grill, The Eagles Lodge and the Moose Lodge. Those venues are 21 and older.
On Saturday April 25th, activities will start at The Crump at 5:30 p.m. with food trucks. The Crump will be hosting the Revelators from 6 to 8 p.m., with the main act The Rigbys from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. Tickets will be $10 for that show. You will also be able to buy Hutchfest 2026 merchandise including T-shirts, posters, insulated koozies, and buttons.
Landmark Columbus Foundation is helping organize the event.
