IU Columbus hosting economic outlook panel Wednesday
The IU Columbus Division of Business will be hosting its annual Economic Outlook Panel Wednesday morning at The Commons, giving the community insight into the best estimates on the state of next year’s business climate.
The event brings in experts from IU Columbus faculty and the Kelley School of Business to forecast the 2026 economic conditions.
Panelists this year will be:
- Jennifer Lynn Rice, with the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University on the U.S. and International outlook.
- Ryan Brewer, head of the division of business at IU Columbus with the financial market outlook.
- Phil Powell head of the Indiana Business Research Center and with the Kelley School of Business on the state of Indiana outlook
- Steven Mohler with the IU Columbus division of business giving the local outlook,
- The panel discussion is organized in partnership with the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, the IU Kelley School of Business, and Centra Credit Union.
The event will start at 11:30 a.m. at The Commons
Proceeds from the Columbus event support scholarships for business students at Indiana University Columbus. Individual tickets are $45 and you can find a link on our website.
