Ivy Tech Franklin to HOst JC-AMP Informational Open House on February 26th

Ivy Tech Community College will be hosting an Information Open House for the Johnson County Advanced Manufacturing Program (JC-AMP) on February 26th, from 5:30–7 p.m. at its Franklin campus, located at 2205 McClain Drive. The event invites Johnson County high school students and their families to explore how the program creates affordable, direct pathways into high-demand advanced manufacturing careers.

JC-AMP is a collaboration among Ivy Tech Community College, local industry partners, and Center Grove, Greenwood, and Whiteland high schools. The program helps significantly reduce the cost of college for families and enables students to earn college credentials and degrees, while still in high school.

Students in the programwill attend classes at the Ivy Tech Franklin campus while in high school, gaining hands-on training, earning industry-recognized credentials, and building a foundation for strong career opportunities in Johnson County.

During the open house attendees will explore academic programs and career pathways, meet Ivy tech faculty and industry employers, discover college credentials available through the program, and get details on program costs and financial advantages.
