Johnson County foundation launches new strategic plan

The Johnson County Community Foundation is launching a new five-year strategic plan called JCCF Together.

The foundation announced this week that the plan will guide the foundation’s work through 2030. The strategic plan outlines four key priorities

• Elevating Awareness & Connection
• Deepening Donor Engagement and Growing Support
• Leading and Convening for Greater Community Impact
• Strengthening Internal Tools and Team Capacity

Foundation officials say that the strategic plan reflects the foundation’s continued commitment to strengthening community connections, expanding philanthropic impact, and enhancing quality of life across Johnson County.
