Mental health fair set for today in Jackson County

Healthy Jackson County will be holding its second annual Mental Health Fest today at Crossroads Community Park.

With a theme of Empowered Minds for Empowered Lives, the event will include bingo, a scavenger hunt, guest speakers, yoga and Zumba, a community art banner, food trucks, a bounce house and prizes.

The fair will be from 5 to 7 p.m. It is being sponsored by Schneck Medical Center and the Alliance For Substance Abuse Progress.
