Thrive Alliance hosting final Medicare counseling session Nov. 19

Thrive Alliance is organizing insurance counseling sessions for Medicare-eligible individuals, families and caregivers with the last session set for next week.

According to the agency, the open enrollment period runs through December 7th. Thrive Alliance counselors will be offering one-on-one sessions through the State Health Insurance Assistance Program. The sessions will be to help participants understand their choices, compare plans, prescription coverage options, and paying for Medicare.

There will be a session in Brown County on Wednesday. That will be from 10 to noon at the Brown County Library on Locust Street.
