Throwback Thursday – The Eagles last top 10 hit

Today, we take a look back at the original recording session of the Eagles’ “I Can’t Tell You Why”. It was the first Eagles song to feature Timothy B. Schmit on lead vocals. Released as a single in February 1980, it became a Billboard top 10 hit in April of that year, reaching number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100. It was the group’s last top ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100.
