Charity motorcycle raffle to help Columbus animal shelter

Friends of Columbus Animal Care services will be giving away a Harley Davidson motorcycle as a fundraising raffle to help build a new city animal shelter.

The non profit partner of the city animal shelter is raising funds to help replace the existing building, which was constructed in 1987. They say that the shelter frequently hold more than twice as many dogs and cats as it was originally designed to support.

According to the group, you can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a Harley Davidson 2025 Nightster cycle from Twisted Torch Harley Davidson in Edinburgh. Tickets start at a single chance for $10, up to 100 tickets for $100 dollars. The cycle is valued at more than $12,000 dollars or you can accept $10,000 in cash.

The fundraiser will also feature a 50/50 bonus raffle.

Tickets are available for sale through Feb. 13th at midnight and the drawing will be Feb. 14th at the dealership.
