Columbus to celebrate new headquarters for public works department

The Columbus Department of Public Works will be closing for a half day today to celebrate the grand opening of its new headquarters on Arcadia Drive.

All sanitation routes will run on their normal schedule this morning.

The offices will close at 11 a.m. for the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies.

The ceremonies will start at 1 p.m. at the new facility at 1350 Arcadia Drive.

The offices will reopen Thursday morning.
