Eastern Bartholomew issues boil water advisory for Bluff Acres

Some Eastern Bartholomew Water Corp. customers are under a boil water advisory after repairs to a water main today.

According to the water utility, a water main in Bluff Acres was damaged by a contractor. Customers in the subdivision and south of County Road 250W including Springhill Road are under a boil water advisory. You should bring water to a full boil for three to five minutes before drinking it or using it in food preparation.

The boil water advisory will remain in effect until 4 p.m. in the afternoon on Thursday.
