Hospitals close services due to extreme weather
Area hospitals are announcing that they are closing most outpatient and other services due to the extreme weather today. However emergency services and ambulances will remain open.
Columbus Regional Health says that all outpatient provider practices and clinics will be closed today. In addition, all non-urgent and elective outpatient procedures are being postponed.
CRH Inpatient, Emergency and EMS services remain fully open and functioning.
Schneck Medical Center in Seymour is announcing that all of its physician practices, and outpatient clinics and services are closed today. Patients with scheduled appointments at affected locations will be contacted directly to reschedule.
All scheduled surgeries will continue as planned unless you are directly notified of a change.
Emergency services at Schneck Medical Center remain fully operational.
