Human rights commission hosting panel discussion Friday

Juneteenth is being recognized this week with several events around Columbus.

On Friday, the Columbus Human Rights Commission will be hosting a panel discussion on “Many Freedoms: Voices from Across the World on What It Means to Call America Home” Organizers say that the panel will be discussing freedom, belonging, and what America means to those who were not born here.

That will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Hotel Indigo.
