Man sentenced to 2+ years in prison after dumpster fire
A man who started a fire in a dumpster this summer in Columbus will spend more than two years in prison.
According to the Bartholomew County Prosecutor’s office, David M. Frank was convicted of arson in August and sentenced recently by Superior Court Judge Jim Worton to serve two years and 134 days in the Indiana Department of Correction system.
Columbus police were called to the 1800 block of 22nd Street on July 11th to find a fire in a dumpster in an enclosure that is connected to a building.
