Power outages remain after storms sweep through

There are still residents without power in our area after yesterday’s storms rolled through.

Jackson County REMC has 452 customers without power this morning, with most of those near South Bethany and Medora

Bartholomew County REMC is reporting 39 customers without power in Wayne Township.

Duke Energy is reporting 19 customers without power in Shelbyville, two in Columbus and two in North Vernon.

24 South Central Indiana REMC customers in Brown County are without power.
