Sex offender arrested in Jennings County after fleeing Minnesota

Authorities in Jennings County arrested a registered sex offender from Minnesota last week.

According to the Jennings County Sheriff’s Department, county detectives along with the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and U.S. Marshals, located and served an arrest warrant on 34-year-old Brandon K. Cameron. Cameron, who is being charged with solicitation of a minor, allegedly removed an electronic monitoring bracelet and fled that state. Cameron is also a registered sex offender in Indiana.

Deputies say that he was taken into custody Thursday without incident.
