Bartholomew County Comic convention set for Saturday at Ivy Tech

A celebration of comic books, superheroes and costumes will be returning to Ivy Tech Community College Columbus campus on Saturday with the 10th annual Bartholomew County Comic Con

The event is organized by Ivy Tech and the Bartholomew County Public Library. Since it began the annual event has grown into a regional gathering bringing together families, students, artists, gamers, and fans. The event will include an artist alley, cosplay showcase, tabletop and video gaming zones, panel discussions, hands-on workshops and a vendor area with more than 60 vendors.

The event will also include youth and family friendly activities such as crafts, character meet-and-greets, and hands-on stations designed to spark creativity.

The Comic-Con is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Moravec Hall. The event is free, appropriate for all ages and you are welcome to attend.
