Bartholomew fair rodeo canceled after heavy rains

The Bartholomew County 4-H Fair continues tonight but with some changes due to last night’s bad weather.

Today is Bartholomew County Farm Bureau Day at the fair. The fair buildings and midway open at 5 p.m. It is Dollar Day at the midway with $2 rides.

The Bartholomew Count Extension Homemakers will be hosting the American Sewing Guild at the Family Arts building from 5 to 7 p.m.

Hi-Rise, a rock band playing 2000s music, will be performing at the David Boll Theatre starting at 6 and the 4-H Horse and Pony show will be at the open arena starting at 6:30 p.m.

Tonight’s scheduled Three Bar J Rodeo has been canceled due to poor conditions at the Grandstands due to last night’s heavy rains.
