Flood warning extended for East Fork White River at Seymour

A flood warning remains in effect for East Fork White River at Seymour. Minor flooding is ongoing and minor flooding is forecast.

According to flood gauge data, this afternoon is at 14.2 feet, just over two feet above the minor flood level of 12 feet and is headed back down. The river should drop below flood level by Saturday afternoon. But with the rain in the forecast, it should rise back into minor flooding Sunday afternoon and not drop back to normal levels until Tuesday.

The flood warning is in effect until Tuesday afternoon.
